I chose to recreate the book Mary Poppins by P.L. Travers. I highlighted Mary Poppins’ umbrella as the focal point. As the cover is the first thing you see, I used a multitude of colours for the front cover to entice children to the book. An easy to read typography was used throughout, starting from the front cover as it is important that the text flows from page to page.
